Aww...you see that? Mr. Hun Sen is humbly campaigning to win the heart and mind of the people. Even though he is clearly going to win against a pathetic collection of terrible opposition leaders, he still wants to truly earn the votes from the people.

Scam Rainsy was the opposite. During the climax of the mass protest in 2013, he abandoned his people on the street to suddenly fly back to USA to attend his daughter's wedding. Many of his advisors beseeched him to stay and lead the people on the street but he refused, "My daughter's wedding only happens once a life time. I must not skip it."
Rumor was: It was only an excuse. He left the protest, went to the wedding, then detoured to Swiss Alp for some ski trip. If Scam Rainsy were to be locked in prison and not allowed to ski, to boat, or to dine fine French cuisine, he would go nuts.
That's why he was so afraid of going to prison and kept making up excuse, "Hun Sen would have me killed in prison." Imagine Interpol would catch him then imprison him in France or USA, he would go nuts!
