Deputy Prime Minister Sar Kheng (SK) agrees to sit down and chat to Pseng-Pseng Frank Chat (FC). The following is an excerpt.

FC: Welcome to Frank Chat.
SK: It’s my pleasure to be frank.

FC: Your statement above shows you are going all out to ensure Sam Rainsy will not return. Why?
SK: There is no need for him to put himself at risk. There will be some changes in Cambodia.

FC: Oh, how so?
SK: Are you aware that the CPP Central Committee chooses me to succeed Hun Sen, not his son Hun Manet?

FC: Yes, but how did you know that when Hun Sen had hijacked the ballot box and counted the votes himself at home?
SK: Of course, one of my narks informed me of the outcome.

FC: Were you surprised that you were the chosen one, not his son?
SK: No.

FC: Why did Hun Sen hijack the ballot box though?
SK: You must understand the man has been worried sick about the current situation, especially an ever-growing frustration within the CPP. He is holding a time bomb close to his chest; and it is ticking.

FC: Why does he hold it close to his chest?
SK: Well, he’s in charge. He has been calling all the shots, hasn’t he?

FC: When do you think it is going to explode?
SK: Not if I can help it. Because if it does, not only Hun Sen and his families that will go into pieces, so too will the whole CPP including me. I must take charge to defuse it.

FC: Many people believe you are standing behind Hun Sen all the way.
SK: Indeed, I am. They say only a true friend stabs you in the front. I would prefer doing it from the back.

FC: Hun Sen has disarmed all troops particularly those deployed at the borders; all weapons throughout the country are appropriated, stored, and locked in warehouses. And Hun Manet has the key.
SK: There is always an Achilles heel in any person or organisation.

FC: Hun Manet is building up his elite troops with new recruits. His father removed many once-trusted generals from top positions like dead heaps.
SK: That is one of the most important triggers that tick away the bomb.

FC: When is the right time to make your move?
SK: When the internal tension reaches the point of no return, I will take over just before the bomb explodes. The overthrow will give a distinct impression to everyone that there will be changes, or something different is on the card. The US and EU pressures would somewhat dissipate to give the new regime a breathing space. It could be a long breathing space for my pig (Personal Interest Group).

FC: In this scenario, where is Sam Rainsy? He is now asking the people to rise.
SK: Yes, against Hun Sen, not against me. Sam Rainsy could wait until I work out how the 2023 elections will deliver me pre-determined results.

Fake News You Can Use

So, according to Dr Ky Sereyvuth, director of Centre for China Studies of the Royal Academy of Cambodia, there are strings attached to all foreign aid, except some are, some are not. Yeah, right. Does the director know what he is talking about? His mind must be wandering in awe around the enormity and generosity of the Chinese aid.

The muddled doctor also assures his Radio France Internationale listeners that there are only winners in trade – no losers. He may be right for a PhD who adores every ounce of Chinese aid.

Nevertheless, it is uncertain if the director is ignorant, or ignores to mention that a country – in his field of Centre study China – with a huge and persistent trade surplus with Cambodia is a “better” winner – much better than its partner that carries a chronic trade deficit years after years.

Deputy Prime Minister Sar Kheng (SK) agrees to sit down and chat to Drgunzet (GZ). The following is the transcript:.
GZ: Thank you for chatting with me.
SK: It’s my pleasure to be with a frank and honest person.
DZ: Your statement above shows you are going all out to ensure Sam Rainsy will not return. Why?
SK: He is a total coward and wo'nt return unless he has some serious backing. President Trump is meeting Kim Jong Il in Vietnam soon. Rumor is, Trump is asking Vietnam for help to do a regime change in Vietnam.
    DZ: Oh, how so?
SK: Vietnamese army is superior. They toppled the tough Khmer Rouges in a month, liberated Phnom Penh in less than two weeks. They can do again this time in half a time.
DZ: Yes, but how did you know that when Hun Sen has been buying a lot of new weapons recently to equipe the armed forces.
SK: Of course, but the Khmer race has been creamed so much by the Khmer Rouges, we only have cowards among the people. Sam Rainsy is an examplar, well-known coward.
DZ: Were you surprised that Trump would support Sam Rainsy instead of Kem Sokha?
    SK: No.
DZ: Why would Trump support Rainsy?
SK: You must understand Kem Sokha is still in prison and Hun Sen has him by the balls.
DZ: But Sam Rainsy has no ball, how can Trump has him [Sam Rainsy] by the balls after all the support and expense paid?
SK: Well, Sam Rainsy will promise to give more land to Vietnam. Vietnam will foot all the expense, and Trump will get all the prestige.
DZ: When do you think it is going to explode?
SK: No, Cambodian army will collapse quickly. There will be hardly a firefight.
DZ: Many people believe you are standing behind Hun Sen all the way.
SK: Indeed, I am. When the Vietnamese come, I rather be behind, just in case there is some shooting.
DZ: Hun Sen has disarmed all troops particularly those deployed at the borders; all weapons throughout the country are appropriated, stored, and locked in warehouses. And Hun Manet has the key.
SK: There is always an Achilles heel in any person or organisation. And the Vietnamese know this. They will blitz through quickly.
DZ: Hun Manet is building up his elite troops with new recruits. His father removed many once-trusted generals from top positions like dead heaps.
SK: That is one more of the reasons the Cambodian army to collapse quickly.
DZ: When is the right time to make your move?
SK: When theVietnamese come of course. I will facilitate a bloodless surrender. Why fight a superior army with an inferior force at your disposal. Best is to quickly dispose of your useless own army and surrender quickly to avoid bloodshed.
DZ: In this scenario, where is Sam Rainsy? He is now asking the people to rise.
SK: Yes, against Hun Sen, not against me. Sam Rainsy could wait until I work out how the 2020 election will deliver Cambodia pre-determined results. Sam Rainsy would want to ride the tank entering Phnom Penh as a liberating hero. But I will have a sniper waiting for him. Kem Sokha, after all, might end up as the next Prime Minister.

When Scam Rainsy could not answer a question, he asked his body guard to kick out an elderly man, the head of the CNRP chapter in San Jose while accusing the old man to be Hun Sen's hidden spy. I really think the old man is Kem Sokha's supporter within CNRP.

There will be blood within CNRP as factions will start fighting each other.

Wow, did you see Sam Rainsy's body guard man-handled an elderly man who refused to give back the microphone.

He was asking tough questions which Sam Rainsy could not answer. Sam Rainsy accused the elder to be Hun Sen's spy then asked him to leave; he refused.

Imagine Sam Rainsy became the Prime Minister of Cambodia. The elder man would have been beaten and jailed for treason, worse than Kem Sokha. With so little power, Sam Rainsy has showed to be quite corrupt.

I approve Kem Sokha's plan to retake power from Sam Rainsy.

    https://www.npr.org/2019/02/12/693799094/vietnamese-city-s-economy-booms-as-a-result-of-u-s-china-trade-war

Recently Sam Rainsy has started to send out messages to warn China and Chinese about Cambodian's backlash. They come to Vietnam to invest instead.

Vietnam has so many job vacancies, especially the high-skill, high-pay jobs. So what the hell is wrong with Cambodia? Why Cambodia is always at the shorter ends.

That's because of people like Sam Rainsy who kept threatening to sue (and did sue) Facebook, Chevron, former Obama (for visiting Cambodia and vouched for Hun Sen), USA for illegally bombed Cambodia in the 1970s, and illegally withheld hundreds of millions dollars in confiscated money from Lon Nol.

Basically USA gave Lon Nol money to fight commie but Lon Nol was corrupt and stole a lot of money. USA took the money back and Sam Rainsy demanded the money was to be "transferred" to the rightful Cambodian people represented by him. Yes, Sam Rainsy wanted USA to transfer seized money from Lon Nol to him so that he can "help" the people. LOL...

    https://www.phnompenhpost.com/national-politics/pm-taunts-rainsy-over-sokha-release-using-lyrics

In November, Rainsy offered Hun Sen a bet that CNRP co-founder Kem Sokha, who is currently on bail awaiting trial, would have his treason charge dropped between December 29 and March 3.
    -----------------------------------
I bet Rainsy is right. Hun Sen is scared and will release Kem Sokha before President Trump arrived Vietnam (to meet Kim Jong Il). Trump will meet Vietnamese leaders and ordered time to invade Cambodia to install Sam Rainsy into power. And Sam Rainsy knew this. That's why he made the bet.

Vietnamese only needs to send a couple hundred commandos to perform a regime change in Cambodia. In the early 1970s, only 24 Vietnamese commandos sneaked into Cambodia's capital and wiped out several hundreds Cambodian defenders as well as another couple hundred air-force personnel.

One Vietnamese commando can out fight a hundred Cambodian soldiers. LOL... Such the state of the Khmer race. Even the toughest, most fanatical Khmer Rouges could not last more than two weeks. It's so easily to conquer Cambodia.

Ahahahaha...Scam Rainsy is at it again. He has just broke his promise again (again, again, again, and again... I lost count.)

He has announced that he would return in a "favorable time" citing that Hun Sen preventing him from returning to Cambodia to full fill his promise. He said since Hun Sen vowed to arrest him at the airport, he must show that he is a smart leader, so avoiding the arrest is a sensible thing to do for a smart leader to lead his people.

Woahahahaha.... That's a logic of a scammer. We all know Hun Sen would arrest Scam Raisny if he comes back to Cambodia. We were wondering if Scam Rainsy grew some ball to brave the arrest. As it turns out, he did not!

Oh man, the Khmer people are so stupid. Some kept listening and supporting Scam Rainsy.

Sam Rainsy announced this week that he won't come back to Cambodia to get killed by Hun Sen. He is waiting to people to rise up and depose Hun Sen so that he can guarantee the future of Cambodia with his safety. If he is killed, Cambodia cannot be rescued. Only he can rescue Cambodia.

LOL... Khmer people are so stupid and got scammed again, again, again, again, again, ..... (I lost count) by this cheap scam artist.

The 300,000-dollar question is: Did any stupid Cambodian send Scam Rainsy money upon his request for his return-to-Cambodia budget?

And now that he is not going to return, is he going to refund the money? I know the answer: He scammed the money, so norefund.

Scam Rainsy made a gamble and lost. He thought that the coincidence with Trump meeting Kim Jong Il in Vietnam would be a golden opportunity to call people to rise up to against Hun Sen, to support him in his vow return to Cambodia. He bet Hun Sen would not dare to act against the people if Trump is in Vietnam.

As it turns out, the Khmer people are a bunch of cowards and nobody rises up. So Scam Rainsy does not see the condition as favorable as he wants it to be, so he calls off his return trip. At least he does make a few thousand bucks from his stupid supporters who sent money to support his return budget. Not quite 300,000 dollars as he asked for, but enough for a few French restaurants and one ski trip on the Swiss Alps.
