Mr. Srey Chamroeun says, CNRP is not a property of any one person

or

Ms. Chamroeun says, CNRP is not a property of any one person


(Alternatively, Lady Chamroeun... or Mrs. Chamroeun...)

lauksrey = Ms. or Mrs. or Lady
But, here "Srey" is the family name of Chamroeun.

    I think Theary Seng Punctuation that make Hun Sen a dictation punctuation It's always wrong for Khmer.
