This handbook is the first of its kind, a comprehensive glossary woven
with narratives from victims and perpetrators of the Khmer Rouge regime
gleaned from public forums conducted by CIVICUS's founding president,
Theary Seng. It introduces the Cambodian population to basic psychologic
concepts associated with trauma.
