ថ្ងៃអាទិត្យ!  ពេលណា ទំនេរបន្តិច, ខ្ញុំ ចូលចិត្ត ធ្វើដំណាំ ដាំបន្លែ នៅមាត់ទន្លេ ក្រោយផ្ទះ។  បន្លែ ដែលខ្ញុំដាំ មិនប្រើ ជាតិគីមីទេ ផ្ទុយពីបន្លែ និងផ្លែឈើ ដែលប្រទេស ជិត ខាងបញ្ចូល មកលក់ នៅស្រុកយើង, ហើយ ដែលនាំមក នូវគ្រោះថ្នាក់ ដ៏ធ្ងន់ធ្ងរ លើសុខភាព ពីព្រោះ មានជាតិគីមី និងថ្នាំពុល ជាច្រើន ដែលគេ ដាក់ ដើម្បី ចំណេញលុយ ពីយើងផង, ហើយ សម្លាប់យើង បន្តិចម្តងៗផង។ W hen I can spare some time on Sunday I like to do gardening and grow vegetables on the river bank behind my house. For ecological and health reasons I don't use any chemicals. We all know that fruits and vegetables imported from neighboring countries and dominantly sold in Cambodia, are contaminated with dangerous pesticides, hormones, preservatives and other chemicals.
