Message of UK Director for Asia-Pacific of Foreign and Commonwealth Office Stephen Lillie

ទាក់ទង នឹងអំពើហិង្សា មកលើតំណាងរាស្ត្រ គណបក្ស ប្រឆាំង កាលពីថ្ងៃ ទី២៦ តុលា ប្រធាន នាយកដ្ឋាន អាស៊ី ប៉ាស៊ីហ្វិក នៃក្រសួង ការបរទេស ចក្រភពអង់គ្លេស លោក Stephen Lillie បាននិយាយ ថា, ព្រឹត្តិការណ៏នេះ បានបញ្ជូន នូវសារ មិនល្អមួយ អំពី ការប្តេជ្ញា អនុវត្ត គោលការណ៏ លទ្ធិប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ និងការអធ្យាស្រ័យ លើទស្សនះ ផ្ទុយគ្នា។

 

លោក បានជំរុញ ឲ្យគណបក្ស នយោបាយ កសាងឡើងវិញ នូវវប្បធម៌សន្ទនា និងពង្រឹង ដំណើរការ ទាំងឡាយ ដែលបាន ធ្វើរួច មកហើយ ចាប់តាំង ពីពេល មានសន្ធិសញ្ញា ទីក្រុង ប៉ារីស។

 

Referring to the attacks on #opposition politicians on 26 October, Mr Stephen Lillie, Director for Asia-Pacific of Foreign and Commonwealth Office, said this sent an unwelcome message about commitment to democratic principles and tolerance of dissenting or contrary views.

He urged Cambodian political parties to rebuild a culture of dialogue and to consolidate the progress made since the Paris Peace accords.
