Every poor country is like that. The cities are unplanned, shabby and sad. And it's all CNRP's fault. CPP has been trying to work things out one at a time, but CNRP wants power and creates disruption to undermine CPP's effort. Then blame everything against CPP.
Instead, CNRP should demonstrate some ability of governing by solving some of these issues. But of course, CNRP cannot do anything. My observation is: CPP has a lot more talents and they are actually the good guys.
