Ho Chi Minh was born on 19 May 1890 and he died on 2 September 1969.

So, the occasion was made up to forcefully obligate Hun Sen and his clowns to respect Ho Chi Minh. What’s blatant submissive bunch of Khmer clowns, and Hun Sen calls himself a strongman?
