Winner of Un Certain Regard Prize at Cannes, “The Missing Picture” by Rithy Panh deserves the Oscar for Best Foreign Language Film. It is a most captivating and powerful film that should be seen by everyone. We are tremendously proud of Rithy Panh. We wish him and his team the best of luck next Sunday.
