5 arrested after Logan murder, standoff

LOGAN - March 13, 2014 (WPVI) --
Five men have been arrested following a murder and a standoff in the Logan section of Philadelphia.
It all began with a shooting around 6 p.m. Tuesday in the 1300 block of W. Ruscomb Street
There, officers found 24-year-old Khoeum Roeun with a gunshot wound to
the neck and his brother with a gunshot wound to the right ankle.
Khoeum Roeun was rushed to the hospital but later died. His brother was in stable condition.
Police surrounded the property and, after a brief standoff and
barricade situation, SWAT officers gained entry and took the suspects
into custody.
All five suspects have been charged with Murder,
Attempted Murder, Criminal Conspiracy, Violation of the Uniform Firearm
Act, and related of other offenses.
The suspects have been identified as:
-Sambatt Choub 18 year old male from the 100 block of Fern Street
-Tommy Savath 21 year old male from the 1300 block of West Ruscomb
-Jerry Savath 22 year old male from the 1300 block of West Ruscomb
-Rattanak Sarik 28 year old male from the 1300 block of West Ruscomb
-Davey Yath 19 year old male from the 4800 block of Old York Road
