សម រង្សុី៖ «នរណា រារាំងដំណើរការ នៃតុលាការ កាត់ទោស មេដឹកនាំ ខ្មែរក្រហម គឺ ជាអ្នក ការពារមេដឹកនាំ ខ្មែរក្រហម, ហើយ ផ្សំគំនិត ជាមួយ ពួកខ្មែរក្រហម ទាំងនោះ។ អ្នក ដែលប្រើអំណាច ផ្តាច់ការ របស់ខ្លួន ដើម្បី រារាំងតុលាការ ខ្មែរក្រហម នៅទីក្រុងភ្នំពេញ គឺ ត្រូវមានទោស ដូចពួកជនឧក្រិដ ខ្មែរក្រហម អញ្ចឹងដែរ។  មេធាវី អាមេរិកាំង ដ៏ល្បីល្បាញ ឈ្មោះ Morton Sklar បានបញ្ជូន សំណុំរឿងនេះ ទៅ ឲ្យតុលាការ ឧក្រិដកម្ មអន្តរជាតិ (ICC) រួចហើយ។»

"US lawyer Morton Sklar has indicated that those powerful people who have blocked the Khmer Rouge Tribunal’s proceedings in Phnom Penh are actually accomplices of the Khmer Rouge and would be considered as criminals like the former Khmer Rouge leaders before the ICC."
