ក្រុមមួយ នៅក្នុងជួរ គណបក្ស ប្រជាជន កម្ពុជា កំពុងប៉ុនប៉ង រារាំង មិនឲ្យលោក កឹម សុខា និងរូបខ្ញុំ ទៅជួប ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ នៅទីរួមស្រុក អន្លង់វែង ខេត្ត ឧត្តរមានជ័យ ថ្ងៃស្អែក ០៨ មិថុនា ២០១៤នេះ។ ក្រុមនេះ គឺ ដឹកនាំ ដោយលោក ឧត្តមសេនីយ៍ គន់ គីម ដែលបានប្រមូល អង្គរក្សលោក ហ៊ុន សែន មួយចំនួន ឲ្យស្លៀកខោអាវ ជាសុីវិល ផឹកស្រា ស្រវឹង, ហើយ អះអាងថា ខ្លួន ជាអតីត ខ្មែរក្រហម ដែលបាន ធ្វើសមាហរណកម្ម។ តែ ក្រុមអ្នកដឹកនាំ គណបក្ស សង្រេ្គាះជាតិ នឹងទៅដល់ ទីរួមស្រុក អន្លង់វែង នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃស្អែកនេះ ដូចបានគ្រោងទុក។ សូម រំលឹកថា, ក្នុងកំណត់ហេតុ របស់ នគរបាល អាមេរិកាំង (FBI) ទាក់ទង ទៅនឹង ការគប់គ្រាប់បែក ថ្ងៃ៣០ មិនា ១៩៩៧ នៅទីក្រុងភ្នំពេញ មានចេញឈ្មោះ លោកឧត្តមសេនីយ៍ គន់ គីម ថា បានពង្រត់ តាមឧទ្ធម្ភាគចក្រ អង្គរក្សលោក ហ៊ុន សែន មួយចំនួន ដែលបានគប់ គ្រាប់បែក ទៅលើបាតុករ អហិង្សា មួយក្រុម។
A group within the CPP is trying to prevent Kem Sokha and I from meeting with the population in Anlong Veng district, Oddar Meanchey province on 8 June 2014.
This group is led by General Kun Kim who has gathered a few hundreds of Hun Sen’s bodyguards who will be disguised as (mostly drunk) civilians pretending to be former Khmer Rouge soldiers or supporters. The CNRP delegation will maintain its schedule and will be at Anlong Veng in the morning of 8 June 2014.
In FBI notes related to the 30 March 1997 deadly grenade attack in Phnom Penh, there is a reference to General Kun Kim evacuating by helicopter a number of Hun Sen’s bodyguards who had thrown grenades onto a crowd of peaceful demonstrators.
