លោកនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ហ៊ុន សែន បានប្រាប់ អ្នកយកព័ត៌មាន នៅរដ្ឋសភា ថ្ងៃទី២៨ កក្កដា ថា, ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ បក្សប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា និងបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ បានព្រមព្រៀងគ្នា ជ្រើសរើស បេក្ខភាព ថ្មី មួយរូប ឬបេក្ខជន ទី៩ ដែលជាមនុស្ស ឯករាជ្យ សម្រាប់ ធ្វើការ ជាមន្ត្រី នៃគណៈកម្មាធិការ ជាតិ រៀបចំ ការបោះឆ្នោត ហើយ, តែ លោក មិនប្រាប់ឈ្មោះ បេក្ខជន នោះទេ ដោយអះអាង ថា, រង់ចាំ ការយល់ព្រម ពីសាមីខ្លួនសិន។
លោក ហ៊ុន សែន ថ្លែងដូច្នេះ ក្នុងពេល លោក ចេញមកជួប អ្នកកាសែត ជាមួយ លោក សម រង្ស៊ី ខណៈ ដែលសភា បានបោះឆ្នោត ផ្ដល់សុពលភាព ឲ្យលោក សម រង្ស៊ី ក្លាយជា តំណាងរាស្ត្រ ខេត្តកំពង់ចាម នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃ ទី២៨ កក្កដា នេះ។
Please choose the next 4-5 candidates that both party will agree on. the next 4-5 backup candidate waiting in line to serve the 1st candidate which is Madam Pong Chiv Kek in case she is leaving the post. This will prevent problem in the future by agree with both parties choose or select the next 4-5 candidates that they both agree & sign an agreement in advance, wrote constitution that the next candidate which selected are agree by both parties to swear in and take post automatically in constitution. this will prevent future political deadlock again in the future.
