យោងហេតុផល ដូចបានបញ្ជាក់ រួចហើយ (សូម ចុចមើល http://tinyurl.com/nxo23tp), គណបក្ស សង្គ្រោះជាតិ បានសម្រេច ចូលធ្វើ សច្ចាប្រណិធាន ក្នុងព្រះបរមរាជវាំង នៅថ្ងៃអង្គារ ៥ សីហា នេះ។
For reasons which it has already explained (please click at http://tinyurl.com/nxo23tp) the CNRP will send its 55 lawmakers-elect to be sworn in at the Royal Palace on Tuesday 5 August. Attached is CNRP president Sam Rainsy's 4 August letter to Interior Minister Sar Kheng (CPP) saying, " (...) Finally, we can conclude that the result of the negotiations between the two parties' working groups is acceptable at this stage before our joining the National Assembly. Regarding other matters we will continue our discussions after the CNRP lawmakers-elect will have sworn in and joined the National Assembly (...)."
