មតិ របស់ខ្ញុំ នៅក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំ វិសាមញ្ញ នៃរដ្ឋសភា លើរបៀបវារៈ ការពិភាក្សា និងអនុម័ត សេចក្តីស្នើច្បាប់ ស្តីពី ការរៀបចំ និងការប្រព្រឹត្តទៅ នៃគណៈកម្មការធិការ ជាតិ រៀបចំ ការបោះឆ្នោត (គ.ជ.ប.) និងសេចក្តីស្នើច្បាប់ ស្តីពី ការបោះឆ្នោត ជ្រើសតាំង តំណាងរាស្ត្រ៖ «វប្បធម៌សន្ទនា ធ្វើឲ្យប្រទេសជាតិ រីកចម្រើន និងនាំមក នូវសេចក្តីសុខ ទាំងផ្លូវកាយ និងផ្លូវចិត្ត ជូនប្រជាពលរដ្ឋខ្មែរ...។»  My intervention this morning at the National Assembly at the opening of an extraordinary session to adopt the Law on the organisation and the functioning of the National Election Committee and the Law on the Election of Members of the National Assembly. Advocation of a culture of dialogue which reflects a culture of peace, a culture of democracy and a culture of progress.
