Sam Rainsy: រដ្ឋសភា នឹងអនុម័តច្បាប់ ពីរ ទាក់ទង នឹងការបោះឆ្នោត ខាងមុខ ឲ្យបាន មុនចុងខែ មិនានេះ | Election preparations at the National Assembly

សូម ជម្រាបបងប្អូន ជនរួមជាតិ ថា, គណបក្សទាំងពីរ ដែលមានអាសនៈ នៅរដ្ឋសភា បានសម្រេច បញ្ចប់កិច្ចការ រៀបចំ ការបោះឆ្នោត តាមផ្លូវច្បាប់ ដែលត្រូវ ធ្វើនៅរដ្ឋសភា ឲ្យចប់ សព្វគ្រប់ មុនចូលឆ្នាំខ្មែរ។  ដូច្នេះ រដ្ឋសភា នឹងអនុម័តច្បាប់ ពីរ ទាក់ទង នឹងការបោះឆ្នោត ខាងមុខ ឲ្យបាន មុនចុងខែ មិនានេះ៖ ច្បាប់ទីមួយ គឺ ច្បាប់ ស្តីអំពី ការរៀបចំ និងការប្រព្រឹត្តទៅ នៃគណៈកម្មាធិការ ជាតិ រៀបចំ ការបោះឆ្នោត (គ.ជ.ប.), ហើយ ច្បាប់ ទីពីរ គឺ ច្បាប់ ស្តីពី ការបោះឆ្នោត ជ្រើសតាំង តំណាងរាស្ត្រ បន្ទាប់ ពីដាក់បញ្ចូល វិសោធនកម្ម មួយចំនួន។  ជាចុងក្រោយ រដ្ឋសភា នឹងបោះឆ្នោត ជ្រើសរើស សមាជិកថ្មី នៃគ.ជ.ប. ទាំង ៩ រូប ឲ្យបាន មុនពាក់កណ្តាល ខែមេសា។

ដើម្បី យល់ច្បាស់ អំពី ខ្លឹមសារ និងអត្ថន័យ នៃច្បាប់ថ្មី ទាំងឡាយ ខាងលើនេះ, សូម បងប្អូន ជនរួមជាតិ តាមដាន ការពន្យល់ បកស្រាយ ដែលនឹងធ្វើឡើង នៅក្នុងសិក្ខាសាលា រៀបចំ ដោយអ្នកតំណាងរាស្ត្រ មកពីគណបក្ស ទាំងពីរ ដែលនឹងធ្វើឡើង នៅមន្ទីរ រដ្ឋសភា នៅថ្ងៃច័ន្ទ ទី០៩ ខែមិនា សប្តាហ៍ក្រោយនេះ ចាប់ពីម៉ោង ៨.៣០ នាទីទៅ។  The leaderships of the two parties having seats at the National Assembly have decided to complete all legislative works related to election preparations before the Cambodian New Year (14th April). Therefore, the National Assembly will adopt two important election-related laws before the end of this month (March): the law governing the formation and the functioning of the National Election Committee (NEC) and the amended law on the election of members of the National Assembly. After that, the National Assembly will select through a vote the nine members of the new NEC before mid-April. In order to understand the meaning and the implications of the new laws, the public is invited to follow the works of a special seminar organized by lawmakers from the two parties that will be held at the National Assembly on Monday 9 March, starting at 08:30 am.
