PHNOM PENH, 8 May 2015 (The Cambodia Herald) -- Ruling Cambodian People's Party (CPP) and opposition Cambodia National Rescue Party (CNRP) issued a joint statement Friday, committing to effectively implement 'culture of dialogue' for the sake of the nation. In the joint statement signed by Prime Minister Hun Sen and Sam Rainsy, the two parties are committed to be mutually honest in order to use the culture of dialogue to discuss and resolve peacefully national and social issues. The statement went on: The CPP and CNRP agreed to respect and value each other, and avoid inciting, scolding each other and using bad words such as 'communist dictator, Vietnam's puppet, traitor'... The two parties also agreed on eliminating turning point of revenge: At high tide, fish eat ants and at low tide, the ant eat fish. They agreed to eliminate racist and ultra politics.
