Case of Senator Hong Sok Huor -- 2 SEPARATE ISSUES related to IMMUNITY

At this stage of the situation re the arrest of opposition SRP Senator Hong Sok Huor, there are TWO SEPARATE ISSUES related to IMMUNITY:

(i) whether Hong Sok Huor was "in hiding" as a matter of law in light of his immunity;

(ii) whether the case is one of flagrante delicto that justifies the extraordinary exception to immunity.

    Malgré tout, le peuple Khmer surait DEJA quoi faire pour se débarraser de HUN SEN et son clique du pouvoir, légalement!!!
