When a signatory such as Vietnam flagrantly and systematically breaches the very spirits of the Accord, that signatory can be sanctioned and penalized.
The Arab Springs however did not have any similar Peace Accord like Cambodia. Let's use it to our advantage .
We must show our efforts first before other can help us. If we cannot gather people to make a huge demonstration demanding Ah Kbot Cheat Hun Sen to implement such Accord, there will be no way that those signatory countries help us.
If the illegal Vietnamese were able to register to vote, Khmer people must know how to fight them at the RIGHT TIME in order to stop these illegal Vietnamese from taking over Cambodia like they did to Kampuchea Krom.
1- On the election day, Khmer people must watch out for those illegal Vietnamese. If we see them, we must stop them from casting their vote.
2- People might argue that we cannot do that this time because there is an election law prohibiting Khmer people from stopping Yuon to vote.
3- Ask yourselves this question: In 1993, did they have any law to have 2 Prime Ministers? If not, why did Ah Kwack Hun Sen became Co Prime Ministers? So Ah Kwack and AH Yuon had violated the law.
4- Now, about us, we did not approve that the illegal Vietnamese have the right to vote. No country in this world allow the illegal immigrants to vote. This CPP crooks violated the law if they granted these illegal Vietnamese the right to vote. We must fight them ON THAT ELECTION DAY.
5- Therefore, to stop the evil Vietnam from taking over Cambodia legally, WE MUST STOP THOSE ILLEGAL VIETNAMESE FROM VOTING ON THAT ELECTION DAY IN 2018. If there were too many fight broke out on that day from stopping the illegal Vietnamese from voting, they might cancel and postpone the election and the International Community especially the UN might intervene to help us. We have to show our efforts first before other can help us. IF AH KWACK HUN SEN'S 3rd HANDS KILL US, LET THEM KILL. WE CANNOT LIBERATE OUR COUNTRY WITHOUT LOSING ANY PEOPLE. THAT IS IMPOSSIBLE. If we fail to stop them on the election day, and the next day the NEC announce that the CPP had won the election, then it will be too late. We cannot make the demonstration denouncing that the illegal Vietnamese had voted for the CPP, that's why the CPP won. Nobody will help us, because the TIMING that we took action was completely wrong.
In brief, to save Cambodia, we must stop the illegal Vietnamese from voting on that election day.
