អំពើហឹង្សា នៅភ្នំពេញ ពេលដែល ហ៊ុន សែន នៅប៉ារីស 

អំពើហឹង្សា ព្រឹកមិញនេះ នៅទីក្រុង ភ្នំពេញ គឺ ជាការឆ្លើុយតបពី សំណាក់ គណបក្ស កាន់អំណាច ទៅ នឹងបាតុកម្ម ប្រឆាំងលោក ហ៊ុន សែន កាលពីរសៀល ម្សិលមិញ នៅទីក្រុង ប៉ារីស ដែលធ្វើ ឲ្យលោក នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី មានកំហឺង យ៉ាងខ្លាំង។  មុនចេញដំណើរ ពីប្រទេស កម្ពុជា ទៅបំពេញ ទស្សនកិច្ច ជាផ្លូវការ នៅប្រទេស បារាំង, លោក ហ៊ុន សែន បានព្រមាន ថា, បើក្ រុមប្រឆាំង ធ្វើបាតុកម្ម ប្រឆាំងលោក នៅទីក្រុង ប៉ារីស, អ្នកគាំទ្រលោក (ហ៊ុន សែន) នឹងធ្វើ បាតុកម្ម ប្រឆាំង អ្នកគាំទ្រ លោក សម រង្សី ុ វិញ នៅប្រទេស កម្ពុជា។   ដូច ថា មែន!  តាមទម្លាប់ នៃការ បំភិតបំភ័យ ពីសំណាក់ គណបក្ស កាន់អំណាច, គេ អាចទស្សន៍ទាយ ថា, អំពើហឹង្សា អាច នឹងកើតមាន ជាបន្តបន្ទាប់ ទៀត នៅថ្ងៃមុខ។

ទោះ ជាយ៉ាងណា ក៏ដោយ បាតុកម្ម ដែលជនជាតិ ខ្មែរយើង រៀបចំ ធ្វើនៅប្រទេស បារាំង តែងតែ ជាបាតុកម្ម អហឹង្សា, គោរពច្បាប់, និងគោរព គោលការណ៍ ប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ ជានិច្ច, មិនដូច បាតុកម្ម ពួកអ្នក គាំទ្រលោក ហ៊ុន សែន នៅប្រទេស កម្ពុជា ដែលតែងតែ ប្រើហឹង្សា ដើម្បី បំភិតបំភ័យ ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ ដូចអ្វី ដែលលោក ហ៊ុន សែន ខ្លួនឯង បានបំភិតបំភ័យ ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ ក្នុងពេល ថ្មីៗនេះ ដោយប្រកាស ថា នឹងមានសង្គ្រាម បើ គណបក្សប្រឆាំង ឈ្នះឆ្នោត, ហើយ មកកាន់អំណាច។  អ្វី ដែលសំខាន់នោះ គឺ លោក ហ៊ុន សែន ហាក់ដូច ជាចង់រកលេស ប្រើអំពើហឹង្សា កាន់តែច្រើន ដើម្បី បង្កើតព្រឹត្តការណ៍ អវិជ្ជមាន និងអធម្មនុញ្ញ ក្នុងគោលបំណង ជៀសវាង ការបោះឆ្នោត ខាងមុខ។  បំណង បែបនេះ ឃើញកាន់តែ ច្បាស់ តាំងពីមាន គណៈកម្មាធិការ ជាតិ រៀបចំ ការបោះឆ្នោត (គ.ជ.ប.) ថ្មីមួយ ដែលប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ អាចជឿ ទុកចិត្តបាន, ពីព្រោះ បើ មានការ បោះឆ្នោត ដ៏ត្រឹមត្រូវ គណបក្ស របស់លោក ហ៊ុន សែន មិនអាច ឈ្នះឆ្នោត បានទេ នៅឆ្នាំ ២០១៧ (បោះឆ្នោត ឃុំ-សង្កាត់) និង ឆ្នាំ ២០១៨ (បោះឆ្នោត ជាតិ)។

ដូច្នេះ ដើម្បី រក្សាអំណាច បានច្រើនឆ្នាំ ទៅមុខទៀត, លោក ហ៊ុន សែន កំពុង ប្រើវិធី ស្រដៀង ពួកហ្វាសុីស្ត (Fascist) នៅប្រទេស អីុតាលី ដែលចូលចិត្ត ប្រើអំពើហឹង្សា ទៅលើអ្នក តំណាងរាស្ត្រ និងអ្នក ដទៃទៀត ពីឆ្នាំ ១៩២២ ដល់ឆ្នាំ ១៩៤៥។

ACTS OF VIOLENCE IN PHNOM PENH WHILE HUN SEN IS IN PARIS

This morning’s acts of violence in Phnom Penh are clearly reprisals from the ruling party for the anti-Hun Sen demonstration held yesterday afternoon in Paris, which infuriated Cambodia’s strongman. Before his departure from Cambodia for his current official visit to France, Prime Minister Hun Sen had warned his detractors that if Cambodian opposition supporters were to effectively hold their planned demonstration against him while he is in Paris, then Hun Sen’s supporters would attack and create trouble to Sam Rainsy's supporters in Cambodia. That was done! But, knowing Hun Sen’s scare tactics, more acts of political violence are to be expected in the coming days.

While protests by Cambodians in France are always peacefull and respectfull of the law and democratic principles, demonstrations of force by Hun Sen's partisans in Cambodia are often stained with violence and are obviously aimed at terrorizing the population, in the same way as threats of civil war -- if the opposition comes to power -- that Hun Sen has been continuously making over the last few months.

It is clear that Hun Sen wants to derail the electoral process with increasing violence because, after the recent formation of a credible electoral commission (NEC) capable of organising unprecedented free and fair elections, he knows that his party stands no chance of winning the 2017 local elections and the 2018 national elections.

Therefore, Hun Sen can only resort to fascist methods in order to cling on to power.

VIOLENCES A PHNOM PENH ALORS QUE HUN SEN EST A PARIS

Les violences de ce matin à Phnom Penh sont très clairement des représailles gouvernementales en réaction à la manifestation anti-Hun Sen qui a eu lieu hier après-midi à Paris et qui a rendu l'homme fort du Cambodge furieux. Avant son départ du Cambodge pour sa visite officielle en France, le premier ministre Hun Sen a bien prévenu ses détracteurs que si des éléments de l'opposition cambodgienne maintenaient leur projet de manifestation contre lui à Paris, ses supporteurs (pro-governementaux) s'en prendraient aux partisans de Sam Rainsy au Cambodge. Chose faite! Mais, connaissant les méthodes d’intimidation utilisées par le parti au pouvoir, il faut s'attendre à d'autres actes de violence politique dans les jours à venir. 

Alors que les manifestations de Cambodgiens en France se déroulent toujours dans le calme et dans le respect de la loi et des règles démocratiques, les démonstrations de force par les partisans de Hun Sen au Cambodge sont très souvent entachées de violence et sont destinées à effrayer la population, comme les menaces de guerre civile en cas de victoire électorale de l'opposition que Hun Sen profère continuellement depuis plusieurs mois.

Je crois que le cœur du problème tient au fait que Hun Sen veut faire dérailler le processus électoral car il sait qu'après la mise en place récente d'une nouvelle commission électorale (NEC) plus crédible capable d’organiser pour la première fois des élections libres et démocratiques au Cambodge, son parti n'a aucune chance de l'emporter en 2017 (élections locales) et 2018 (élections nationales).

Il ne lui reste plus qu'à employer des méthodes fascistes pour se cramponner au pouvoir.
