ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ, មន្ត្រីរាជការ, លោកតា, លោកយាយ នៅតែ បន្ត ទៅគោរព វិញ្ញាណក្ខន្ធ លោកបណ្ឌិត កែម ឡី ដល់ស្រុក កំណើត របស់លោក ដែលស្ថិតនៅ ក្នុងភូមិ អង្គតាកុប, ឃំុ លាយបូ, ស្រុក ត្រាំកក់, ខេត្ត តាកែវ។  Mr. Kem Ley's grave in Takeo province has become a place of pilgrimage for countless ordinary Cambodian people who consider him as a national hero.

ខ្ញំុ ជឿថា, រដ្ឋាភិបាល ជាអ្នកនៅ ពីក្រោយ ឃាតករ ដែលបាន បាញ់សម្លាប់ លោកបណ្ឌិត កែម ឡី ដូចក្នុងករណី ការគប់ គ្រាប់បែក ក្នុងឆ្នាំ១៩៩៧ ដែលបានបណ្តាល ឲ្យស្លាប់មនុស្ស យ៉ាងតិច ១៦នាក់ និងដូច ក្នុងករណី ឃាតកម្ម លើលោក ជា វិជ្ជា ក្នុងឆ្នាំ២០០៤ និងករណី ឃាតកម្ម លើលោក ឈុត វុទ្ធី ក្នុងឆ្នាំ២០១២ អញ្ចឹងដែរ។  ទាំងអស់នេះ គឺ ជាអំពើ ភេរវកម្ម រៀបចំ ដោយរដ្ឋអំណាច។

I believe that the government is behind the criminals who gunned down Mr. Kem Ley, in the same way it was behind the grenade attack in 1997 that killed at least 16 people, and in the same way it was also behind the assassination of Mr. Chea Vichea in 2004 and that of Mr. Chhut Vuthy in 2012. All these acts of political violence pertained to state terrorism. 

Je crois que le gouvernement est derrière les criminels qui ont abattu M. Kem Ley, de la même manière qu'il était derrière l'attaque à la grenade en 1997 qui a fait au moins 16 morts, comme il était aussi derrière l'assassinat de M. Chea Vichea en 2004 et celui de M. Chhut Vuthy en 2012. Ces actes de violence politique relèvent du terrorisme d'état.
