សំណួរមួយ ទៅលោក ហ៊ុន សែន | A question to Mr. Hun Sen

ចំពោះ បណ្តឹងលោក ហ៊ុន សែន ពីបទបរិហារកេរ្តិ៍, ខ្ញុំ នៅតែ មានជំនឿ ថា, រដ្ឋាភិបាល ជាអ្នក នៅពីក្រោយខ្នង ការបាញ់សម្លាប់ លោកបណ្ឌិត កែម ឡី កាលពីថ្ងៃ ១០ កក្កដា ២០១៦ ដូចដែលរដ្ឋាភិបាល ដដែលនេះ ជាអ្នក នៅពីក្រោយខ្នង ការវាយប្រហារ ដោយគ្រាប់បែកដៃ ក្នុងឆ្នាំ ១៩៩៧, ការបាញ់សម្លាប់លោក ជា វិជ្ជា ក្នុងឆ្នាំ ២០០៤, និងការបាញ់សម្លាប់ លោក ឈុត វុទ្ធី ក្នុងឆ្នាំ ២០១២ អញ្ចឹងដែរ។
 

តុលាការ ហៅខ្ញុំ ឲ្យទៅបំភ្លឺ នៅសាលាដំបូង រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ នៅថ្ងៃ ១៩ សីហា ២០១៦ ខាងមុខនេះ។  ខ្ញុំ យល់ព្រម ផ្តល់ឲ្យ តុលាការ នូវហេតុផល ទាំងឡាយ ដែលធ្វើ ឲ្យខ្ញុំ ជឿជាក់ ថា, រដ្ឋាភិបាលលោក ហ៊ុន សែន ជាអ្នក នៅពីក្រោយខ្នង ឃាតកម្ម នយោបាយ ទាំងអស់ ខាងលើនេះ។  ខ្ញុំ យល់ព្រម ទាក់ទង ជាមួយ តុលាការ តាមរយៈប្រព័ន្ធ អីុនធើណេត (Internet), គឺ តាម Teleconference ដូចអ្វី ដែលតុលាការ ខ្មែរក្រហម បានទាក់ទង ថ្មីៗនេះ ជាមួយ សាក្សី មួយចំនួន ដែលមិន ស្ថិតនៅ រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ។  ជាចុងក្រោយ ខ្ញុំ មានសំណួរ មួយ ទៅលោក ហ៊ុន សែន៖ ខ្ញុំ ចង់សួរគាត់ ថា, បន្ទាប់ ពីគាត់ ប្តឹងខ្ញុំហើយ ដោយឈរ លើអ្វី ដែលខ្ញំុ បានបង្ហោះ លើទំព័រ Facebook របស់ខ្ញុំ, តើ ហេតុអ្វី បានជាគាត់ មិនប្តឹង ផងដែរ ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ ជាង ១០០,០០០ (ដប់មឺុន) នាក់ ជាអ្នក ប្រើប្រាស់ Facebook ដែរ ដែលបាន ចូលចិត្ត (like) និងយល់ស្រប តាមអ្វី ដែលខ្ញុំ បានអះអាង ក្នុងរឿងនេះ លើទំព័រ Facebook របស់ខ្ញុំ? សូម ពិនិត្យមើល តួលេខ និងស្ថិតិ របស់ ក្រុមហ៊ុន Facebook ភ្ជាប់មក ជាមួយនេះ៕

Regarding Mr. Hun Sen's defamation complaint against me I stand by my expressed belief that the government was behind the assassination of Dr. Kem Ley on 10 July 2016 as it was behind the 1997 grenade attack, the assassination of Mr. Chea Vichea in 2004 and the assassination of Mr. Chhut Vuthy (or Chut Wutty) in 2012.
 

The tribunal has summonsed me to give explanation to investigating judges at the Phnom Penh Municipality Court on 19 August 2016. I agree to share with the judges the reasons why I believe that the Hun Sen government was behind all the above-mentioned political assassinations. I agree to communicate with the tribunal through teleconference, in the same way the Khmer Rouge Tribunal recently communicated with a number of witnesses who are not in Phnom Penh. Finally I have a question for Mr. Hun Sen: Why, after filing a defamation lawsuit against me based on my Facebook posts, doesn't he also file a similar lawsuit against the over 100,000 citizens and Facebook users who have "liked" and approved what I said on this issue on my Facebook page?
