២៥ កញ្ញា ២០១៦ / 25 September 2016 - Appeal to Buddhist Monks

ខ្ញុំព្រះករុណា សូម និមន្តព្រះសង្ឃ គ្រប់អង្គ ទៅចុះ ព្រះនាម បោះឆ្នោត នៅពេលនេះ (មុនថ្ងៃ ២៩ វិច្ឆិកា ២០១៦) ដើម្បី ចូលរួម ក្នុងការ បោះឆ្នោត ឆ្នាំ ២០១៧ និង ២០១៨។  ព្រះសង្ឃ ក៏ជាពលរដ្ឋ ដូចខ្មែរ គ្រប់រូប, ហើយ ត្រូវ មានសិទ្ធិ និងកាតព្វកិច្ច ដូចពលរដ្ឋ ដទៃទៀត ក្នុងការ ចូលរួម សម្រេចវាសនា ប្រទេសជាតិយើង ដោយជ្រើសរើស មេដឹកនាំ ប្រទេស ប្រកបដោយ គុណធម៌ និងសីលធម៌ ដែលអាចផ្តល់ សេចក្តីសុខ និងសុភមង្គល ជូនដល់ ប្រជារាស្ត្រខ្មែរ។

Appeal to Buddhist Monks to register as voters (before 29 November 2016), as any other Cambodian citizens, in order to be allowed to vote at the forthcoming 2017 and 2018 elections. As any other citizens, Buddhist Monks have the right and the obligation to vote in order to decide on the fate of our nation by choosing the national leaders they think are the most intellectually and morally qualified.
