I think the Khmer Rouge people and relatives are still terrorizing the Khmer victims. They killed the Khmer victims then shifted blame to Vietnamese. Any brave Khmer victims who spoke about the real killers will be revenged by the Khmer Rouge type Khmers.
Khmer victims are still living in fear, fear from the brutal Khmer Rouge materials. If you want protection, you need to make friend with the superior Vietnamese.
