      No, no, no. If Kem Sokha accepts the congratulation from the enemy then you better watch out for Kem Sokha. He already sold out CNRP to Mr. Hun Sen.

      I would expect Kem Sokha to decline or make it clear about the congratulation. Failure to do so means he is in deep cahoot with Mr. Hun Sen.
