THE CNRP PRESENTS THE FOLLOWING FIVE-POINT DECENTRALISATION PROGRAM
“Change commune chiefs who serve the party and replace them with commune chiefs who serve the people” in order to:
1. Put in place a vibrant democracy at the grassroots level with villagers being entitled to take part in any decisions related to their living conditions and being allowed to create their communities to manage their own forests or agricultural land.
2. Raise villagers’ living standard by ensuring a sustainable and equitable development that will entail, inter alia, a control on abusive microfinance practices and a revision of unfair land concessions to private companies.

Stupid Scam Rainsy, where does the government get the funding to finance your suggestion. I have been asking the CNRP law makers to stop driving fancy and expensive luxury Lexus SUV to save money for the poor. CNRP will not listen.
