I would like to elaborate on my vision of the rights and the future of Cambodian women on the occasion of International Women's Day. To ensure dignity for Cambodian women we have to ensure their financial independence, which implies providing them with decent jobs, which in turn requires fundamental reforms especially in the fields of education and vocational training. This is only possible with a change in mentality and a change in leadership, which will start with the 4 June 2017 commune council elections.
