ផ្លូវ នៅទីក្រុង ភ្នំពេញ សុទ្ធតែ ជាផ្លូវ របស់ម៉ែ​ ប៉ា​ សុជាតិវង្ស​?  Because all the roads in Phnom Penh personally belong to Pa Socheatvong?

    This guy named Pa Socheatvong is crazy, stupid and uneducated. He has been a slave of Ah Yong Yuon (a Vietnamese puppet) Hun Sen. He is promoted to this governor position by his illegally Vietnamese-installed CPP led by Ah Kork Hun Sen (a prisoner Hun Sen). Ah Plue (stupid) Pa Socheatvong needs to think twice about what he said and he should be shameful. He needs to wake up if he is Khmer or Cambodian citizen. Otherwise, he is a Yuon/Vietnamese secret agent serving his own Vietnamese folks who are land thieves and illegal immigrants in Cambodia.
