Wrong, Mr. Hun Sen was elected by the Cambodians in 2013.

First, Cambodians = Khmer + other ethnics, Chinese, Vietnamese, Cham, ... You need to judicial in using the term Khmer.

Second, China officially recognized and congratulated Mr. Hun Sen with the 2013 election result. You will not insult China.

To say the least, you're so wrong you don't even know you're wrong.
The real winner of the 2013 election was the CNRP, but Traitor & Warlord
Hun Sen cheated and declared his Yuon-created CPP won.
Not anymore for the 2018 election !!!
