មុន នឹងវិល ត្រឡប់ មកប្រទេស កម្ពុជាវិញ ខ្ញុំ ត្រូវការ ឲ្យលោក ហ៊ុន សែន បញ្ជាក់ ថា, គាត់ យល់ព្រម បោះបង់ គម្រោង របស់គាត់ ដែលចង់ «កំចាត់ មនុស្ស ពី ១០០ ទៅ ២០០ នាក់» ដើម្បី រក្សាអំណាច របស់គាត់។  គម្រោងនេះ ត្រូវ បានគាត់ ប្រកាស ជាសាធារណៈ ថ្មីៗនេះ។  ខ្ញុំ ដឹងថា តាំងតែ ពីឆ្នាំ ១៩៩៧ ខ្ញុំ ជាមនុស្ស ទី១ នៅលើ បញ្ជីខ្មៅ របស់គាត់, ហើយ ខ្ញុំ ក៏ដឹងដែរ ថា, គាត់ បានរក្សា ផ្នត់គំនិត និងទម្លាប់ ខ្មែរក្រហម តាំងតែ ពីគាត់ ធ្វើជាមេទ័ព ខ្មែរក្រហម ក្រោមរបប ប៉ុល ពត។

Before returning to Cambodia I need a commitment from Hun Sen that he would give up his plan to "eliminate 100 to 200 persons" in order to preserve his power. This plan has been recently and publicly announced by the Prime Minister in person. I know that since 1997 I have been the first person on Hun Sen’s black list, as I know that he has maintained his Khmer Rouge mindset and habits since the time he was a Khmer Rouge regiment commander under the Pol Pot regime.
