[Vietnamization: Occupation, Military, Border] 50th anniversary of Vietnam-Cambodia diplomatic ties marked

Vietnam has become one of the leading trade partners with Cambodia and reported the two-way trade revenue of nearly US$3 billion in 2016. Vietnam also has 190 projects licensed in Cambodia with a total registered capital of US$2.89 billion.
In addition, bilateral co-operation in the field of national security and defence has been strengthened, under which both sides have pledged not to allow any hostile force [Cambodian patriots/democrats, elections] to use its territory to threaten the security of the other.
To date, the two sides have completed more than 84% of land border demarcation and border marker planting and are working to accelerate this process.

NDO - The Vietnamese Embassy in Cambodia held a banquet on June 22 to mark the 50th anniversary of the Vietnam-Cambodia diplomatic ties (June 24, 1967-2017).
President of the Senate of Cambodia Samdech Say Chhum and Senior Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Co-operation Prak Sokhonn amongst other senior leaders from Vietnam and Cambodia, were present at the event.

Vietnamese Ambassador to Cambodia Thach Du said that the two countries initially established diplomatic ties on June 24, 1967, which was, according to President Ho Chi Minh, "a historical milestone in the relationship between the two countries which will contribute to maintaining peace in Southeast Asia."
On behalf of the Vietnamese people and leaders, Ambassador Du expressed their deep gratitude to late King Norodom Sihanouk, as well as the Cambodian leaders and people for supporting Vietnam in the past struggle for national independence and the current cause of national development.
President of the Senate of Cambodia, Samdech Say Chhum, affirmed that the Cambodian people always remember the support given by Vietnam to Cambodia in the past and present, particularly the assistance of Vietnamese volunteer-soldiers that helped them to escape the Khmer Rouge’s genocide. [The eternal refrain, chorus]
Both Samdech Say Chhum and Thach Du expressed their delight at the development of the traditional friendship and co-operation between the two neighbouring countries, which has brought about many benefits for the people of both countries.

Say (Sai) Chhum is a secret Vietnamese agent working side by side with a Vietnamese puppet Hun Sen.

Friendship between Cambodia and Vietnam equals to Friendship between secret/hidden Vietnam and Communist Vietnam. Cambodia is under the control of wild folks of CPP (such as Sai Chunn, Huh Sen, Men Sam On, Chheang Vun, etc.). CPP is a production or tool of Communist Vietnam. The supporters of CPP are blind, gullible, and foolish.
