Now that Mr. Hun Sen is leaning China away from Vietnam, Vietnam must find a new leverage in Cambodia. Such leverage is the Cambodian Royal family.

Meanwhile, CNRP is being ignored by China, hated by Vietnam and has no friend in the world.
