សម្តេចព្រះ នរោត្តម សីហនុ បានមាន ព្រះរាជបន្ទូល ថា, ហេង សំរិន ជាអ្នក បម្រើ ផលប្រយោជន៍ យួន។  ដូច្នេះ សូម បងប្អូន ជនរួមជាតិ កុំ បោះឆ្នោត ឲ្យគណបក្សណា ដែលមាន ហេង សំរិន ជាមេដឹកនាំ មួយរូប ដែលធ្វើការ ដើម្បី បំផ្លាញ ផលប្រយោជន៍ ជាតិយើង។  Our late King H.M. Norodom Sihanouk said that Heng Samrin served the interest of the Vietnamese. Therefore we should not vote for any party that has Heng Samrin as a leader who works against our national interest.
