«អ្នកដឹកនាំ ប្រទេស សព្វថ្ងៃ មិន ចាំបាច់ កែច្បាប់ ចុះឡើង, ហើយ មិន ចាំបាច់ ខ្លាចរូបខ្ញុំ, ឈ្មោះខ្ញុំ, សម្លេងខ្ញុំ, និងស្រមោលខ្ញុំ ដល់ថ្នាក់ ហ្នឹងទេ បើ ពួកខ្លួន មិនធ្វើ អំពើ អាក្រក់។»  បទសម្ភាសន៍ ថ្ងៃនេះ ជាមួយ វិទ្យុ បារាំង អន្តរជាតិ (RFI)។
