Vietnam Pledges $25M to Cambodia for National Assembly Building

Vietnam has pledged $25 million to Cambodia to build a new National Assembly secretariat building in Phnom Penh, while also promising greater cooperation on a range of issues between the two nations, officials said on Thursday.
Officials from Cambodia and Vietnam signed five memorandums of understanding (MoU) during a ceremony at the Peace Palace presided over by Prime Minister Hun Sen and attended by Nguyen Phu Trong, general-secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam, who arrived on Thursday for a two-day visit to Cambodia, according to a government statement provided to reporters.

After an hourlong meeting, MoUs were signed to strengthen economic ties, cooperation on the development of power plants, electricity connections and the energy sector and improve natural disaster rescue operations along the border, the statement said.
One MoU was signed between Cambodia’s National Institute of Posts, Telecommunications and Information Communication Technology and Viettel Cambodia, a subsidiary of Viettel, Vietnam’s [military] state-owned mobile network operator.
Mr. Nguyen congratulated the ruling CPP for the party’s victory in last month’s commune elections and proposed a new bilateral trade goal, Eang Sophalleth, personal adviser to Mr. Hun Sen, told reporters after the signing.
“He requested to both countries to continue strengthening trade until it reaches $5 billion in 2025,” Mr. Sophalleth said.
“Finally, he told Samdech Techo Hun Sen that Vietnam agreed to provide $25 million to build a National Assembly secretariat building,” he added.
Will CNRP boycott the Vietnamese building.

Communist Vietnamese folks or land invaders are trying their best to fool the world that the shape of Indochina (big fat image) is similar to the shape of current Vietnam (skinny image). This show us (Intelligent Khmer educators) that Vietnamese land invaders from Hanoi (under devil ghost Ho Chi Minh) are trying every possible way to make Laos and Cambodia disappear from the World Map. This is not going to happen when evil Yuon/Vietnamese folks as land invaders to dream of stealing the land from Cambodia by using the hidden Yuon/Vietnamese race and agents hiding among Cambodian population and society (including Laotian population). Khmer people must know this dirty trick and deadly plan to kill all of you, Khmer folks. It is time for all Khmer folks (Northern Khmer, Central Khmer and Southern Khmer) to wake up and do something. Yes, Yuon/Vietcong master-minded killers from Hanoi and evil ghost Ho Chi Minh followers are using their Vietnamese puppet Hun Sen and illegally Vietnamese-installed CPP regime to be their tools to process Cambodia to be part of Indochina (as Vietnam in the future) and then Cambodian/Khmer folks will suffer from being threaten, killed and wiped out of Cambodia land step by step. So, think about Yugoslavia, why has this Unions of Yugoslavia fallen apart due to the conflicts of several nations in one Yugoslavia? Maybe one day, Vietnam will be fallen apart. Current Vietnam is a combination of three parts, North Vietnam is China, Central Vietnam is Champa (disappeared from the world map) and Southern Vietnam is Southern Cambodia with 18 millions of Cambodian/Khmer folks.
