នេះ ជាចំណងជើង នៃអត្ថបទ មួយ ផ្សព្វផ្សាយ ថ្ងៃនេះ ដោយទីភ្នាក់ងារ សារព័ត៌មាន បារាំង Agence France Presse (AFP)។ អត្ថបទនេះ និយាយ ពីច្បាប់ថ្មី រៀបចំឡើង តាមបញ្ជា លោក ហ៊ុន សែន ដែលតម្រូវ ឲ្យដករូបថតខ្ញុំ (សម រង្ស៊ី) ទាំងអស់ ចេញពី ទីកន្លែង សាធារណៈ។
អ្នកនិពន្ធ អត្ថបទនេះ បានសម្ភាសន៍ ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ ដែលប្រាប់គាត់ ថា៖ «ទោះ ជាយ៉ាងណា ក៏ដោយ, សម រង្ស៊ី នៅតែ ស្ថិតក្នុង បេះដូង របស់ ពួកយើង។ មិនអាច លុបរូបគាត់ ចេញពី បេះដូង ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ បានងាយៗ ទេ។» អ្នកនិពន្ធ អត្ថបទនេះ ក៏បានសម្ភាសន៍ អ្នកសង្កេតការណ៍ អន្តរជាតិ មួយរូប ដែលបានអត្ថាធិប្បាយ ថា៖ «ការលុបរូប សម រង្ស៊ី ចេញពី ស្លាកសញ្ញា គណបក្ស សង្គ្រោះជាតិនោះ មិន អាចធ្វើ ឲ្យអ្នក បោះឆ្នោត ភ្លេចគាត់ ងាយៗទេ (ដូចអ្វី ដែល ហ៊ុន សែន សង្ឃឹមនោះ)។»
ជាសន្និដ្ឋាន អ្នកនិពន្ធ បានចុះ ពាក្យសម្តី របស់ខ្ញុំ មួយឃ្លា មានន័យ ថា៖ «សម រង្ស៊ី នៅតែ ជានិមិត្តរូប មួយ នៃការ តស៊ូ ប្រឆាំង របបផ្តាច់ការ និងពុករលួយ ដែលគ្រប់គ្រង ប្រទេស កម្ពុជា ជាង ៣០ឆ្នាំ មកហើយ។»

Go ahead and say whatever you want as you please. You are so proud of a Yuon or Vietcong puppet Hun Sen who allowed his Vietcong or Yuon invaders and masters to achieve to take Cambodia and kill more Cambodian people. So, Cambodia will be no more on the planet after Southern Cambodia called South Vietnam today.
