Son Ngoc Minh, Pol Pot and Hun Sen 

ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ គណបក្ស ប្រជាជន កម្ពុជា ដែលបានធ្វើ ឲ្យខូចខាត ផលប្រយោជន៍ ជាតិ ធ្ងន់ធ្ងរ ជាងគេ ក្នុងប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្រ៖
 
១. សឺង ង៉ុកមិញ (១៩២០-១៩៧២) 

សឺង ង៉ុកមិញ (ឈ្មោះដើម Phạm Văn Hua) ហៅ អាចារ្យ មៀន (អាចារ្យ ក្លែងក្លាយ) ជាបិតាស្ថាបនិក នៃគណបក្សប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា ដែលពេលនោះ មានឈ្មោះ ថា គណបក្ស ប្រជាជន បដិវត្តន៍ កម្ពុជា។  គាត់ ត្រូវ បានចលនា យោធា យួនកុម្មុយនីស្ត ហៅថា យៀកមិញ លើកបន្តុប ជាអគ្គ លេខាធិការ គណបក្ស ប្រជាជន កម្ពុជា ពីឆ្នាំ ១៩៥១ ដល់ឆ្នាំ ១៩៥៤។ 

សឺង ង៉ុកមិញ ជាជនក្បត់ជាតិ ពីព្រោះ គាត់ បានបម្រើ ផលប្រយោជន៍ បរទេស ដោយបាន អនុញ្ញាតិ ឲ្យកងទ័ព យៀកមិញ មកវាយលុក ប្រទេស កម្ពុជា, ហើយ ប្រឆាំង ជាតិ, សាសនា, និងព្រះមហាក្សត្រ របស់យើង ក្រោមស្លាក គណបក្ស ប្រជាជន កម្ពុជា។  ដើម្បី ទទួលបាន ព័ត៌មានបន្ថែម, សូម ចូលមើល http://tinyurl.com/ycylsfe4 និង https://tinyurl.com/y749noee។

២. ប៉ុល ពត (១៩២៥-១៩៩៨)

ប៉ុល ពត (ឈ្មោះដើម សាឡុត ស) បានធ្វើ ជាអគ្គលេខាធិការ នៃគណបក្ស ប្រជាជន កម្ពុជា ពីឆ្នាំ ១៩៦២ ដល់ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៩។  នៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៦០ គណបក្ស ប្រជាជន កម្ពុជា បានប្តូរឈ្មោះ ទៅជាគណបក្ស ពលករ កម្ពុជា។  នៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៦៦ គណបក្ស ប្រជាជន កម្ពុជា បានប្តូរឈ្មោះ ម្តងទៀត ទៅជាគណបក្ស កុម្មុយនីស្ត កម្ពុជា។

ប៉ុល ពត ជាឃាតករ ពីព្រោះ គាត់បាន ដឹកនាំ របបមួយ ហៅថា កម្ពុជា ប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ ដែលបណ្តាល ឲ្យប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ ប្រមាណ ២លាន នាក់ ទទួល មរណភាព យ៉ាងអាណោចអធម ពីឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៥ ដល់ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៩។

៣. ហ៊ុន សែន (១៩៥២-បច្ចុប្បន្ន)

ហ៊ុន សែន (ឈ្មោះដើម ហ៊ុន ណាល់) បានឡើង កាន់តំណែង ជាប្រធាន នៃគណបក្ស ប្រជាជន កម្ពុជា ចាប់តាំង ពីឆ្នាំ ២០១៥។  ចាប់តាំង ពីឆ្នាំ ១៩៩១, គណបក្ស ប្រជាជន កម្ពុជា បានយកឈ្មោះ ដើម របស់ ខ្លួនវិញ ដូចកាល ពីឆ្នាំ ១៩៥១ គ្រាន់តែ ដក ពាក្យ «បដិវត្តន៍» ចេញ។  ហ៊ុន សែន បានធ្វើ ជានាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី តាំងពីឆ្នាំ ១៩៨៥ ក្រោមរបប សាធារណរដ្ឋ ប្រជាមានិត កម្ពុជា (១៩៧៩-១៩៨៩), បន្ទាប់ មកទៀត របប រដ្ឋកម្ពុជា (១៩៨៩-១៩៩៣), បន្ទាប់ មកទៀត របប សព្វថ្ងៃ (ចាប់តាំង ពីឆ្នាំ ១៩៩៣)។ 

ក) ហ៊ុន សែន ជាជន ក្បត់ជាតិ ពីព្រោះ គាត់ បាន៖

- ធ្វើឲ្យ ប្រទេស កម្ពុជា បាត់បង់ ឯករាជ្យភាព និងអធិបតេយ្យភាព ជាតិ ដោយក្លាយទៅ ជារណប ប្រទេស វៀតណាម ក្រោយពីឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៩;

- ធ្វើឲ្យ ប្រទេស កម្ពុជា បាត់បង់ ទឹកដី ជាច្រើន ដោយសារ តែ គាត់ បានចុះ ហត្ថលេខា លើសន្ធិសញ្ញា ព្រំដែន ដ៏អាក្រក់ ជាមួយ ប្រទេស វៀតណាម ក្នុងទសវត្សរ៍ ឆ្នាំ១៩៨០;

- ធ្វើឲ្យ ប្រទេស កម្ពុជា បាត់បង់ ទ្រព្យសម្បត្តិ ជាតិ ជាច្រើន ដូចជាព្រៃឈើ និងទ្រព្យសម្បត្តិ រដ្ឋ មួយចំនួន ធំ ក្រោមការ ដឹកនាំ យ៉ាងពុករលួយ របស់គាត់ ក្នុងទសវត្សរ៍ ឆ្នាំ១៩៩០, ២០០០, និង ២០១០។

ខ) ហ៊ុន សែន ជាឃាតករ ពីព្រោះ គាត់ បាន៖ 

- ដឹកនាំ ការអនុវត្តន៍ ផែនការ ក៥ ដែលរៀបចំឡើង ដោយប្រទេស វៀតណាម, ហើយ ដែលបណ្តាល ឲ្យប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ រាប់ម៉ឺននាក់ ទទួល មរណភាព យ៉ាងអាណោចអធម ក្នុងទសវត្សរ៍  ឆ្នាំ ១៩៨០;

- បញ្ជាឲ្យ បក្ខពួកគាត់ សម្លាប់ មនុស្ស ជាច្រើន ក្នុងព្រឹត្តិការណ៍ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៩៧ (រដ្ឋប្រហារ និងការ វាយប្រហារ ដោយគ្រាប់បែក ដៃ នៅទីក្រុង ភ្នំពេញ) និងឆ្នាំ ១៩៩៨ (ការបង្ក្រាប យ៉ាងសាហាវ មកលើ បាតុកម្ម ដែលតវ៉ា ពីការ លួចបន្លំ សន្លឹកឆ្នោត)។

CPP OR ITS PRECURSORS'S HISTORICAL LEADERS WHO HAVE HARMED CAMBODIA MOST

1. Son Ngoc Minh (1920-1972)

As the CPP's Founding Father and Vietnamese-puppet Secretary General from 1951 to 1954 Son Ngoc Minh supported and endorsed Cambodia's invasion by the Vietnamese communist forces named Vietminh. Under the CPP's banner the Vietminh created havoc in Cambodia where they militarily fought against our Nation, Religion and King in the early 1950s. 2. Pol Pot (1925-1998)

From 1962 to 1979, Pol Pot was Secretary General of the CPP (or more precisely the Cambodian People's Revolutionary Party), which changed its name to Cambodian Workers' Party in 1960 and to Cambodian Communist Party in 1966. As leader of the murderous regime named Democratic Kampuchea from 1975 to 1979, Pol Pot was responsible for the death in dreadful conditions of some two million people. He was definitely a criminal (or murderer). 

3. Hun Sen (1952 - )

Hun Sen has been CPP President since 2015. In 1991 the CPP took its original name as adopted in 1951 but without the word "Revolutionary." Hun Sen has been Prime Minister since 1985 under successively the communist People’s Republic of Kampuchea (1979-1989), the crypto-communist State of Cambodia (1989-1993) and the current fascist regime known as the (Banana) Kingdom of Cambodia (1993 - ).

a) Hun Sen is a national traitor because

- He made Cambodia lose her independence and national sovereignty and become a satellite of Vietnam after 1979;

- He was responsible for the loss of large portions of Cambodia’s territory with his concluding unacceptable border treaties with Vietnam in the 1980s;

- He was behind the loss of invaluable national riches because of the massive deforestation and the illegal sale of countless state assets by his corrupt governments in the 1990s, 2000s and 2010s. 

b) Hun Sen is a criminal (or murderer) because 

- As a Vietnamese-puppet prime minister, he implemented the deadly K5 Plan conceived by Hanoi that resulted in the death in dreadful conditions of tens of thousands of people in the 1980s;

- He ordered his henchmen to kill hundreds of people in several events in 1997 (military coup, extra judicial killings and a deadly grenade attack in Phnom Penh) and 1998 (violent repression of popular protests against election irregularities).
