Blah, blah, blah. Hun Sen doesn't care. If the UN really cares about Cambodia, they must do more than just talk. They can start by imposing sanctions against the top CPP officials and their families. Restrict them from entering the US, EU, UK, etc.. and freeze all their offshore bank accounts. I can guarantee you that the CPP will cave in very quickly and democracy come back to Cambodia again. When they're hurt financially, they will react and try to find solutions. The size of the corrupted money the CPP people are hiding outside the country is in the hundreds of billions of US dollars. They can't afford to not having access to that. Without money, they are nothing. So something instead of just talk, talk and more talk, show some actions. Hun Sen looks down on you because he knows that all you can do is talk, talk and more talk. Every time you talk, he laughs and Cambodians lose.
