ReplyDeleteLast year Mr. Hun Sen was Fined for riding without helmet. Serveral year ago his sister lost a law suite.
DeleteThat's his way of making dogs like you happy. For him, a few hundred dollars of fine is pocket money compared to the many people who has murdered or put them in jail for years, this is nothing.
