សហភាព អន្តរសភា (Inter-Parliamentary Union ហៅកាត់ IPU) ដែលតំណាងឲ្យ ១៧៣ រដ្ឋសភា នៃ ១៧៣ ប្រទេស លើទូទាំង ពិភពលោក នៅតែ ទទួលស្គាល់ លោក សម រង្ស៊ី ជាតំណាងរាស្ត្រ ស្របច្បាប់ នៃប្រទេស កម្ពុជា។ IPU ក៏តម្រូវ ឲ្យរដ្ឋសភា សព្វថ្ងៃ នៃប្រទេស កម្ពុជា គោរព គោលការណ៍ ប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ និងច្បាប់ អន្តរជាតិ ដោយធានា ឲ្យតំណាងរាស្ត្រ មកពីគណបក្ស សង្គ្រោះជាតិ គ្រប់រូប អាចបំពេញ តួនាទី របស់ខ្លួន ជាតំណាងរាស្ត្រ ពេញសិទ្ធិ ដោយគ្មាន ការគាបសង្កត់ អ្វីឡើយ។ ជំហរ បែបនេះ របស់ IPU អាចជម្រុញ ឲ្យមាន ការបណ្តេញ រដ្ឋសភា នៃប្រទេស កម្ពុជា ចេញពីអង្គការ អន្តរជាតិនេះ បើ រដ្ឋអំណាច ប្រទេស កម្ពុជា សព្វថ្ងៃ នៅតែ ងងើល ក្នុងការ រំលោភ គោលការណ៍ ប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ និងច្បាប់ អន្តរជាតិ។
IPU Secretary General's letter to Sam Rainsy shows that the international body continues to recognise Sam Rainsy as a full member of the Cambodian National Assembly based on legal and democratic principles. It implies that if the Cambodian authorities continue to violate democratic principles and international laws the current National Assembly led by Heng Samrin could be expelled from the IPU.

Nah, it means that Scam Rainsy falsified in his application. Someone should informed IPU of the change of status. Scam Rainsy already declared his resignation and quit politics. LOL...
Come on, you cannot have it both ways. Play hero to save the party by resigning, and still want to be recognized by IPU?!?!
