Durbin បានរៀបចំ ញត្តិមួយ ដើម្បី ឲ្យព្រឹទ្ធសភា អនុម័ត
ក្នុងពេល ឆាប់ៗ ខាងមុខនេះ។ ញត្តិនេះ មានចំណុច ២ សំខាន់ ជាងគេ៖
- ស្នើ ឲ្យរដ្ឋាភិបាល សហរដ្ឋ អាមេរិក បង្កក ឬ រឹបអូស ទ្រព្យសម្បត្តិ និងលុយកាក់ របស់ អ្នកដឹកនាំ ប្រទេស កម្ពុជាណា ដែលបានប្រព្រឹត្ត អំពើ មិនគប្បី មកលើគណបក្ស ប្រឆាំង និងសង្គមស៊ីវិល នៅប្រទេស កម្ពុជា។
- ព្រមាន រដ្ឋាភិបាល លាក ហ៊ុន សែន ថា បើ ធ្វើ មិនដឹង មិនលឺ ចំពោះ អនុសាសន៍ របស់ សហគមន៍ អន្តរជាតិ, ហើយ នៅតែ គាបសង្កត់ គណបក្ស ប្រឆាំង និងសង្គមស៊ីវិល តទៅទៀត ដែលជាការ រារាំង ដល់ការ បោះឆ្នោត ដោយសេរី និងយុត្តិធម៌ នោះ សហរដ្ឋ អាមេរិក មិនអាច ទទួលស្គាល់ រដ្ឋអំណាចណា ដែលមិនមែន ជាតំណាង ពិតប្រាកដ របស់ ប្រជារាស្ត្រខ្មែរ។

Thank you, Mr. President.
We regret that the resolution just adopted without a request from the Secretary-General to provide an oral update to the Council, followed by an interactive dialogue, at the Council’s 38th session as was originally requested in the tabled resolution, nor for the High Commissioner to provide an oral update to the Council, followed by an interactive dialogue, at the Council’s 37th session as was our oral amendment.

Read the "We regret..."
What it means: The motion was submitted but was not adopted into any resolution. Basically, no result...nothing being done about Cambodia.
Please, Scam Rainsy, stop scamming people. You are useless. How many times you claim to use Mr. Hun Sen with hard evidence to put him down, but you never actually sued? What about Chevron? They exposed your scam again. (You told your supporters you are not wasting money on suing Mr. Hun Sen over Kem Ley, but at the same time you press Chevron for the video!) Chevron rebuffed your so-called subpoena, and what are you going to do?
Specifically, UN Human Right council has extended Cambodia another 2 years for further report:

This means there will be no action taken for the next two years until the next report. All Mr. Hun Sen has to do is to keep doing the same thing, and he will be fine for the next two years. And he keeps winning BIG.
