Further more, he and many other CNRP officials have a habit of drawing salaries but not performing the civic duties. For example:
The evicted poor folks at Boeung Kak lake and jailed Tep Vanny asked him and other CNRP officials to use law give them justice. Scam Rainsy and other CNRP officials completely ignored them in the past.
They have a nick-name for CNRP and Scam Rainsy, CNRP = Cambodia Needs Rainsy in Paris.
