សេចក្តីអំពាវនាវ របស់លោក សម រង្សុី សូម ឲ្យបងប្អូន ជនរួមជាតិ និងក្មួយៗ ជាអ្នកគាំទ្រ គណបក្ស សង្គ្រោះជាតិ នៅស្មោះត្រង់ ជានិច្ច ជាមួយ ជាតិមាតុភូមិ របស់យើង ទាំងអស់គ្នា, ហើយ កុំចាញ់ ការបោកបញ្ឆោត, ការសម្លុត, ឬការប៉ុនប៉ង ទិញទឹកចិត្ត របស់យើង ពីសំណាក់ ពួកជនផ្ដាច់ការ។
