LOL...the rain man is making prediction after prediction.
Remember, he insisted that CNRP will not be dissolved? He predicted that Mr. Hun Sen's dictatorship will fall by 2018 but he could not predict when he would return to Cambodia.
Oh wait, if Mr. Hun Sen's dictatorship would fall by 2018 then CNRP would certainly improve at the same time! Wow...There is logic to it after all.
