កុំ ភ័យខ្លាច ការប៉ះពាល់ នឹងគំនិត ថ្មីៗ | Do not fear new ideas | អាន ព្រះគម្ពីរ បរិសុទ្ធ

The graph would be off the chart if it includes the Bible’s translation into every language and dialect imaginable.

DO NOT FEAR. Do not fear exposure to new ideas. Do not be close-minded. As you read the books of the Holy Bible, engage each book with the full weight of your heart and mind, question and dissect it as you would any other materials that CHALLENGE you and expand your thinking and worldview. BE CHALLENGED, for you’re building brain cells.

Two thoughts to keep in mind always:

1. CRITICAL THINKING is vital to a person’s development and education. It is the ability to DISCRIMINATE between IDEAS, to parse through a lot of information that cloud or numb the mind and order or categorize them.

2. Thus, READ critically. Read WITH YOUR THINKING CAP ON.

I read thousands of books and tens of thousand articles. And I realized I only know a fraction of the knowledge out there. That's why Socrates acclaimed, "I know that I know nothing." That's itself a paradox.

With that said, I have stop reading and try to figure out what to do with my little knowledge for world peace. Can I use my superior intellect to pacify the angry Khmer folks?!! Apparently I am failing...

This is the last Khmer (?) blog you can troll at ease, have fun while it lasts.
Of course you are failing when people start to ignore you and let you talk to yourself like an idiot. LOL

I used to tutor the Khmer students in school and knew for a fact: Khmer students wanted to learn but struggle to understand. As a result, Khmer students viewed studying as a waste of time. Hence, they stopped learning all together after a short while.

Further more, Khmer students feared studying because it exposed their low learning aptitude. They did not want to look bad.

I knew this as I spent a stupendous effort to tutored these challenged Khmer students. I genuinely felt sorry for them and I failed. It took me many years along with my superior intellectual prowess to come up with ways to compensate for low Khmer learning aptitude.

But would I reveal my special technique to the Khmers? Hell no, Khmers are not grateful. Khmers flip flopped and even attacked their benefactors. Such treacherous betrayal will not be tolerated! Not by me, not by God.

    -Drgunzet-

P.S. I will admit that I got free and unused breakfast meal tickets from a Khmer friend who I tutored. The extra breakfast helped me to grow big and strong when I was so poor and weak. That, I forever was in debt even though in a way I already repaid in full.
