"In negotiations to solve national issues, one must put aside one's personal considerations or personal anger. We must concentrate on national interests. In this unprecedented situation, any dictator cannot do as they please as in the past." (Today's interview with Radio Free Asia).

Woahahaha, oh please, Scam Rainsy is trying to scam the nation. In order to negotiate, you must offer something of interest to your opponent.

Khmer folks have a stranger to negotiate, offering nothing and keep demanding outrage anything from people. Stop being infantile will you?

Seriously, what do you offer, Scam Rainsy. You bring nothing of value to the table. Remember CNRP courted China and China just ignored CNRP completely?

Remember Scam Rainsy negotiated with President Obama that the later must get his permission to come to Cambodia. As a result, USA never allow Scam Rainsy to meet President Obama.

Remember An Duong, the Khmer King tried to negotiate with French Emperor by offering France something France already controlled and owned. Khmer King also offered France the Khmer blessing for controlling Indochina. LOL...

Seriously, stop being infantile. Look at Khmer...Cambodia last year tried again at the International Math Olympiad and ranked 105th out of 111 countries, near the bottom. Yet they kept challenging and insulting a vastly superior race, the Vietnamese. Vietnam ranked 3rd in the world, in the same event IMO, International Math Olympiad.
