It's a total lie, made up fact.
Years ago, I did a research using my German superiority. I asked a bunch of Vietnamese hair dressers who were born and raised from different region in Vietnam. None of them knew anything about their neighbors, friends or relatives who settled in Cambodia.
Think about it. You have 50 million Vietnamese North and South, and how do you propose the Vietnamese government managed to pluck out 700k or 1 million from the 50 such that nobody knew anything about?
Let alone, the 700k and 1 million would talk to their friends, ex-neighbors, relatives at home; and nobody else knew anything about it.
I want to curse Khmer and Cambodia to suffer more bad luck for holding such stupid lie. You deserve all the horrific punishment from God.
