Phnom Penh (VNA) – The Consulate General of Vietnam in Battambang, Cambodia on July 9 inaugurated a floating school for overseas Vietnamese (OVs) students who live on Tonle Sap Lake in Koh Kek village, Kan Dieng district of Pursat province.
The wooden facility was funded by the State Committee for Overseas Vietnamese Affairs under Vietnam’s Foreign Ministry.
Koh Kek village is home to 289 Vietnamese households. There are nearly 100 students of first to third grade who study Vietnam’s curriculum.
Speaking at the event, head of the Khmer-Vietnam Association in the village Ngo Van Ly said the school serves as a foundation for youngsters to preserve their homeland’s culture while learning the local one, helping them integrate in the Vietnamese and Khmer communities.
In March, another floating school for Vietnamese students was also built on the Tonle Sap.
Pursat province has the largest number of overseas Vietnamese in Cambodia’s north western region, with about 1,900 families of 7,000 residents, with most of them working as fishermen.-VNA

Vietnamese are super smart. If Cambodia wants to compete in the world, it has to rely on the Vietnamese Cambodians to succeed. Currently Cambodia has always ranked near the bottom in the world but Vietnamese Cambodians can change that to way above average.

Khmers kept saying there are millions of illegal Vietnamese living in Cambodia. So, the obvious question is: How many schools are there for these millions Vietnamese?

Clearly the Khmers are lying. I am praying to God to punish the Khmers again, again, again, and again.

In the past, Khmers were sacked by the Siamese repeatedly again, again, again and again. So many Khmer guys were killed. Only the cowards and the weak who ran away were allowed to live. Khmer women were raped by the hundred of thousands. Most Khmer descendants were from the Siamese nasty soldiers. No wonder Khmers now a days are nasty and Cambodia has such a high rape rates and so many rape problems.

As that was not enough, God had USA bombs Cambodia with B52 bombers. And then top that off with Pol Pot.

I strongly urge the Khmer to learn history and behave or God will punish you some more, a lot more.
