ព្រឹកមិញនេះ ក្រុមហ៊ុន អូ សុី អាយ សុី (OCIC) រួមទាំង អាជ្ញាធរ ខណ្ឌជ្រោយចង្វារ មានទាំង គ្រឿងចក្រ ជាច្រើនគ្រឿង បានមក ឈូសឆាយ ធ្វើផ្លូវ រំលោភ លើដីធ្លី ដែលជាកម្មសិទ្ធ របស់ ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ ស្របច្បាប់ ដែលស្ថិតនៅ ភូមិគៀនឃ្លាំង សង្កាត់ ព្រែកលៀប ខណ្ឌ ជ្រោយចង្វារ រាជធានី ភ្នំពេញ។
This morning,
under the protection of security forces, a private company named OCIC
brought excavators and other heavy equipment to demolish
the houses of people living in Kean Khleang village, Prek Leap commune,
Chroy Changvar district, Phnom Penh City. Under the pretext of
conducting a development project actually reserved for rich people, the
authorities have seized the corresponding pieces of land belonging to
legitimate owners represented by poor people without their consent and
without proper compensation.
