ព្រឹកនេះ គណបក្ស ប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា កំពុងតែ រារាំង មិនឲ្យ លោកអនុប្រធាន កឹម សុខា និងរូបខ្ញុំ ចូលរួម ក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំ សាធារណៈមួយ នៅភូមិស្នោរ ទី១, សង្កាត់ ច្បារមន, ក្រុង ច្បារមន, ខេត្ត កំពង់ស្ពឺ។ សូម រំលឹកថា, កាលពីការបោះឆ្នោត កន្លងទៅនេះ, គណបក្ស សង្គ្រោះជាតិ បានទទួល សម្លេងឆ្នោត ច្រើនជាង គណបក្ស ប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា នៅក្នុងខេត្ត កំពង់ស្ពឺ។
This morning, the CPP police and thugs are trying to prevent Kem Sokha and me from attending a public meeting in Snao Ti Mouy village, Chbar Mon commune, Chbar Mon city, Kampong Speu province. At the 28 July 2013 elections, the CNRP collected more popular votes than the CPP in Kampong Speu province. This is a clear reflection of dictatorship with the minority trying to prevent a meeting organized by the majority.
